1 pkg yeast
½ c. warm water
3 T. sugar
3 T. oil
1 t. salt
1-13 oz can evaporated Milk
1 c. whole wheat flour
3 c. white flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Stir remaining ingredients.
Grease 3-1 lb coffee cans or 2 bread pans.
Let rise till 2/3 full. Bake 375* for 35 minutes.

This is one of my favorite recipes- not only because it taste so good but it reminds me of one of my favorite people- my Great Aunt Nellie.
