2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
2 tbsp. hot water
3 1/2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs and sugar; add butter. Dissolve soda in water and add to the above. Add vanilla and flour. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper lined pan. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes.
