½ cup margarine
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
1 can Hersheys Chocolate syrup
Mix above ingredients together and bake in 9x13 inch greased pan for 25-30 minutes. Cool.
Beat together until smooth:
½ cup margarine 2 cups powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon water ½ teaspoon mint extract
Green food coloring
Spread on completely cooled brownies. Chill.
Melt together 6 Tablespoons margarine and 1 cup
Semi sweet chocolate chips and carefully spread over filling.
