Oreo Peanut Butter Brownies with Marshmallow Fluff Icing

BROWNIE INGREDIENTS

1 cup unsalted butter
20 Oreos,
crushed
6 oz semisweet chocolate chips

1 ¼ cup of sugar
½ cup packed light brown sugar
5 eggs, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt

PB FILLING
¾ cup peanut butter
½ cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons salted butter, melted

ICING INGREDIENTS
1 stick salted butter
½ cup peanut butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup whipping cream
2 cups powdered sugar
½ jar marshmallow creme/fluff (a little more than half, if we are being honest here)

Directions:

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

BROWNIES:

Melt the chocolate and butter in a large glass bowl in the microwave (carefully and stir frequently.

SUGARS
: Add the sugars and cocoa powder to the bowl of warm chocolate butter and whisk well. Tons.

Add 3 eggs, mix it in and then add 2 more eggs,
mix well. Slowly.

Stir in the vanilla.
flour, coco and salt

whisk these ingredients and then fold into the batter until just combined.

Add the crushed Oreos to the batter, folding until just combined.

Pour the brownie batter into the pan.

peanut butter filling:

Mix the peanut butter filling ingredients together.

Put dollops of the peanut butter mixture on top of brownie batter. Take a knife and swirl it
evenly around the top ¼ inch of the batter. Keep it shallow.

Bake at 350
for 35 minutes

Icing

For the icing, whip the butter

Add the peanut butter, vanilla, marshmallow creme, and whipping cream.
Mix well until fluffy

Add the
confectioners’
sugar, 1 cup at a time, and beat that icing into a beautiful, light,
tasty, creme. Ice the brownies as you please.
