1/4 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup coconut
1/2cup evaporated milk
1 8oz.pkg.cream cheese
1 egg
1 2/3 cups fudge or double Dutch frosting mix
1 16oz roll refrigerator chocolate chip cookie dough
Directions:
Directions:
Line a 13x9 in. pan with foil and melt butter in pan.Combine sugar,nuts,coconut and evaporated milk and spread over butter in pan.In mixer bowl,blend cheese and egg,measure1 2/3 cups of frosting and gradually add mix to cheese mixture.Mix well and spread over coconut mixture.
