1/2 cup oleo or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 pt sour cream
6 tbsp oleo or margarine
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup firmly pack brown sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine,sugar, and vanilla thoroughly.
add eggs singly beating well after each addition
sift flour, baking powder & soda together
Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream blending after each addition
spread 1/2 of batter in 10 inch tube pan that has been greased and lined on the bottom with waxed paper
Cream margarine,brown sugar and cinnamon together.
Add nuts, mix will
sprinkle 1/2 of nut mixture evenly over batter in pan
Cover with remaining batter
Sprinkle on remaining nut mixture
Bake in 350 oven for about 50 minutes
Cook before removing from pan
