3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. Cream of tartar (make sure fresh)
2 cups sugar
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup Walnuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and cream of tartar till foamy.
Gradually add sugar beating well after each addition
Beat till peaks form
fold in Chips and nuts
Put Brown paper over cookie sheet ( I now use parchment paper)
Drop by tsp. on to paper
Put in 400 oven
turn oven off and leave without looking until next morning
