1 can black beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1 can blackeyed peas
1 can shoepeg corn (white corn)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cans Rotel tomatoes
1/3 purple onion
1/3 vidalia onion
1 diced avocado
Italian dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cut onions into small pieces. Cut avocado. Drain all canned goods. Combine all ingredients, including an appropriate amount of Italian dressing. Refrigerate at least 8 hours. Serve with chips.

This is one of my favorite recipes. This is a great appetizer to bring to parties because (a) everyone will like it, (b) it makes a HUGE batch, (c) it is simple, and (d) it is healthy. Always a crowd pleaser.
