1 20 oz can pineapple chunks
1 cup shredded cheese
3 tab. flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 butter melted
1/2 cup round butter flavored crackers
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.Drain pineapple,saving 3 tab.of juice.Combine sugar,flour and juice then add pineapple and cheese,stir well. Crush crackers and mix well with melted butter and place on top of pineapple and cheese mixture.Bake 30 minutes. Recipe can be doubled.
