4 eggs
1 box cake mix
2 instant, pudding
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Be sure to bake this cake long enough. It is so dense, it may take more than 45 minutes.
