CRUST:
2 Cups a/p Flour
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Butter

FILLING:
4 Eggs
2 Cups granulated Sugar
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup a/p Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Sift flour and sugar. Cut in butter until fine. Press into greased and floured pan (9x13). Bake at 350º until brown..approx. 25 to 30 minutes.

Filling: Beat eggs, sugar and lemon juice. Sift Flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture. Mix well. Pour over crust. Bake 25 to 30 more minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into squares. Let cool before removing.
