1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can Carnation or Pet Evaporated Milk
1 small can Green Chillis - minced
1 regular bag of Doritos (Nacho Cheese)
1 medium onion - peeled and diced
1/2 of a 16 oz carton of sour cream
1 1/2 to 2 cups chicken - cooked and chopped
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients EXCEPT Doritos and cheddar cheese. Mix well. Add Doritos. Mix well enough to blend chips, but don't crush them into a powder. Place in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly and slightly brown.

I like to cook a whole chicken in a crockpot and then shred it from the bone and freeze it in bags to use for recipes like this. You can also freeze the chicken broth in Rubbermaid containers to use for recipes like Dumplings. I remember Nana making this recipe for me when I would visit her as a teenager. YUMMY
