1 head of lettuce, chopped to bite size
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1/4. c onion, diced
1 pkg. frozen peas, slightly cooked
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
In a bowl, layer the ingredients in the order listed. Spread the mayonnaise over the top and seal around the edges. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mix before serving. Top with bacon pieces.
