1.5-2 pounds of ground chuck
onion, finely chopped
garlic powder
seasoning salt
3 cans of Sacramento brand tomato juice
2 - 28 ounce cans petite diced tomatoes
1-2 cans Bush's chili HOT beans
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 envelopes Brooks chili seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck with onion, garlic powder, and seasoning salt. Put diced tomatoes in a large stock pot. Drain beef and add to pot along with tomato juice, beans, celery, and chili seasoning. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
