4 Slices French Bread
2 Ripe Tomatoes, halves
1 Garlic clove, finely chopped
2tsp. Olive Oil

Directions:

Preheat the broiler. Toast the bread until slightly golden on both sides.

Rub each slice of bread with half a fresh juicy tomato. If using, sprinkle over the chopped garlic and drizzle the olive oil over the top.
