Ingredients:  
6 c apples, thinly sliced
1 c sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Roll 1/2 of dough between waxed paper or on pastry cloth to 1/8" thickness, fit into 9" pie pan.
Sprinkle with mixture of sugar, cinnamon, salt, lemon juice.
Dot with butter, trim under crust.
Roll remaining dough, make top crust with steam vents.
Bake in hot oven (425º F) 45 - 55 minutes.
