1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 large ripe pineapple cut into rings

Directions:
Directions:
Heat broiler. Mix honey, butter and cinnamon in small bowl. Cut off top of pineapple. Core pineapple and cut into rings. Put pineapple pieces on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with honey-butter mixture. Broil about 6 inches from heat source, basting often, until hot, about 5 minutes.
