6 Eggs
4tbsp. Butter
1c. White Karo Syrup
2c. Sugar
1/4c. Brandy *this keeps it from being too sweet
2c. Pecans,I Crush Mine
2tsp. Vanilla
1c. Whipping Cream
2 Unbaked 9in. Deep Dish Pie Shells

Directions:
Preheat Oven To 375, prick the pie shells with fork all over and set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff then set in refrigerator until ready to use.
In large mixing bowl, mix the eggs & sugar until smoth
Add karo syrup, brandy and vanila- mix well
Fold in the whipping cream pecans, then pour into the pie shells
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the center is set and the patery is brown

*Use chopper to chop pecans or leave whole, as you like
