1 to 1 1/2 pound ground beef, browned and drained
2 cans petite diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cans black beans, drained
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion

1 packet McCormick chili seasoning mix, OR

Seasoning mix:
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp dried minced onion
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp dried minced garlic
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground cumin


Directions:

Add all ingredients into crock pot, cook on low for 6-8 hours. Enjoy the smell!

Serve with sour cream, hot sauce, shredded cheese.
