2/3 cup margarine
1/3 granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. Lemon extract
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups flour
2 egg whites
3/4 cup walnuts
Maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
cream margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add 2 egg yolks, Lemon exract, lemon juice and salt beat well. Gradually add flour mixing well
shape dough in 3/4 inch balls dip in s slightly beaten egg whites. then roll in finely chopped walnuts. Place 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Press 1/2 marascino cheery into each cookie.
Bake in 350 oven for 15 to 17 minutes until brown.
