Ingredients:  
1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts
1 cup mayo
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
hot sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichoke hearts, then chop into small pieces. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a small casserole approximately. 6 inches across. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes, serve hot with fancy crackers.

I like to add a few drops of Tabasco to the mix, and top with shredded provolone or mozzarella - let bake until the cheese melts!
