1/2 pound bacon

1 8 oz. bag shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup scallion, chopped
1/2 cup mayo
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
black pepper
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and drain, crumble or cut into small pieces. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Stir in bacon. Place in a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at 400 º for 30 minutes. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
