Cake:
1 package white cake mix "Super Moist" I used Betty Crocker
1/2 c flour
1 1/3 c water
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 teasp. almond extract
3 egg whites

Frosting:
1 teasp. vanilla
1 tablespoon water (will need much more)
1/2 c butter
4 cups powdered sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 c shortening (crisco)

Cake:
Beat together for a couple minutes.

Grease baking pan (9" x 13")
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes

Frosting:
add water as needed beat until smooth and right consistency for frosting.
