1/4 c. sugar
2 t. cinnamon
1 package (17 oz.) Pillsbury Yellow Cake Mix
1 2/3 c. applesauce
3 eggs

Directions:
Blend sugar and cinnamon. Grease 10 inch Bunt tube pan and dust with about 1 T. of the sugar, cinnamon mixture. Save remainder for cake. Blend cake mix, applesauce and eggs until moistened. Beat as directed on package. Remove 1 1/2 c. batter. Pour remaining batter into pan. Sprinkle with remaining sugar, cinnamon mixture. Then top with reserved batter. Bake at 350º for 35 to 45 minutes.
