Meat Mixture -
Oil - 1/3 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 1/2 tsp.
Garam Masala - Shah Zeera 1/2 tsp, Cinnamon stick 1, Cloves 2, Elaichi 3
Qeema (ground beef) - 1 lb.
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp.
Mirchi - 1 tsp.
Haldi - 1/4 tsp.
Cilantro - 1/4 bunch
Mint - 5 leaves
Hari mirchi - 1 slit.
Fried Onions - 4 tbl. dry grinded
Yogurt - 1/2 cup

Rice - 3 1/2 cups
Garam Masala - Shah Zeera 1/2 tsp, Cinnamon stick 1, Cloves 2, Elaichi 3
Salt - 1 tsp.
Hari Mirchi - 1 slit
Butter 1 tbl.

Garnish -
Fresh fried onions - 1/2 cup
Saffron 1/4 tsp mixed with 1/4 cup milk.
Cilantro - 1/4 bunch
Mint - 6 leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Oil and add Ginger and Garlic paste and garam masala and cook for bit.
Add Qeema, salt, mirchi, haldi and hara masala and cook for 3 minutes.
Mix the fried onions with the yogurt and add to the pot.
Cook till oil separates.

Heat Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Wash rice and keep aside.
Boil water with all the ingredient.
Add rice and cook till 3/4 done (about 7 min).
Drain.

Layer half the rice in a turkey or foil pan.
Layer the Qeema on top of the rice.
Layer the rest of the rice on top of the Qeema.
Garnish with all the rest of the ingredients.
Bake for 30 minutes till steam escapes.
