6# Scottish Amber Malt Extract (From Williams Brewing.com)
1# American Light Dry Malt Extract
1# American Dark Dry Malt Extract
1# Light Brown Sugar
1# 120L Crushed Crystal Malt
1# Carapils Crushed
12oz. Molasses (Full Flavor Brer Rabbit)
1.5oz. East Kent Goldings Hops (5.0%AA)
0.5tsp. Irish Moss
1728 Scottish Ale Yeast
1.0tsp. Yeast Nutrient

Directions:
Bring to boil 2.5-5 gallons of water with 120L Crystal malt and Carapils. Hold grains at 155 degrees for 30 minutes. Return to boil then strain out spent grains. Add all Malt extracts, brown sugar and molasses. Add hops with 50 minutes left in the boil. Add Irish Moss with 30 minutes left in the boil. Continue to boil wort for a total of 60-90 minutes.

Remove from heat add yeast nutrient and pitch yeast at 75F or less.
