31/2 C (14oz) shredded Swiss Cheese
2 T flour
1 C white wine
2 T lemon juice
2 t garlic
1 oz cherry flavored liqueur such as Kirschwasser
1/2 t pepper
Dash of grated nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Toss cheese with flour in bowl. Place a metal bowl over a saucepan filled with water. Bring water to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and pour wine into the bowl. Stir in lemon juice and garlic. Cook 30 seconds stirring constantly.

Add about half the cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Add the other half of cheese. Stir constantly. Pour liqueur slowly around the edge of the bowl. Pull Cheese mix away from the edge of bowl and cook for about one minute. Stir the liqueur into the cheese. Stir in the pepper.

Pour into warm fondue pot. Garnish with a dash of nutmeg.
