8 lb. flank steak
6 tsp. Salt
4 tsp. Pepper
4 tsp. Chili powder
4 tsp. Garlic powder
4 tsp. Onion powder
1 c. Water
3/4 c. Soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Trim all fat off the meat and cut into 1/4" thick strips ...(or have the butcher prepare and slice this for you at the grocery store - tell him what you are making).

Mix other ingredients together in a bowl. Add the meat and cover. Marinade overnight.

Remove from Marinade and let dry on a rack.
Line a cookie sheet with foil and arrange the meat strips on it, in a single layer.

Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Dry for 6 or more hours, turning after 3 hours.
Cool and bag it.
