3-pound chicken cut up
10 3/4 oz. can cream mushroom soup
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
4 oz. can sliced, drained mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken pieces in crock pot. Season with salt and pepper. Mix wine (or chicken broth) and soup; pour mixture over chicken. Add mushrooms. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours (high – 3 to 4 hours). Remove chicken pieces to warm serving platter. Stir together 1 cup sour cream and 1/4 cup flour. Stir this mixture into crockpot. Heat for 30 minutes on low. Serve sauce over chicken with rice or noodles.
