1 C sugar
2/3 C crisco
1 egg
1/4 C molasses
2 C flour
1/2 t soda
1 t cinnamon
1 t cloves
1 t ginger
1 t salt

Directions:
Roll in balls, dip in sugar. Flatten out and bake 375º till med brown. Approx 10 min. on greased cookie sheet.
