6 slices Bacon, diced
1 medium Onion, diced
3 white Potatoes, diced
1 sweet Potato, diced
2 Tbs chopped Pimento
1 can condensed Celery Soup
1 can condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pkg frozen Corn
Chicken Broth, as needed

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove from pan, leaving the drippings. Crumble bacon. While the bacon was cooking, dice the onion. Cook the onion in the bacon drippings until soft. Remove the onions and save. While the onions are cooking, peel and dice the potatoes. Add some chicken broth to the pan and cook the potatoes covered until tender, adding chicken broth as needed.

Add back the bacon and onion. Add the corn, celery soup, chicken soup, pimento, and simmer until the corn is cooked, adding chicken broth to the soup to create your desired consistency.
