15.5 oz. can Chickpeas, drained
¼ c. tahini (sesame paste)
6 oz. roasted red peppers
1 T. sesame oil
1 tsp. cayenne powder
2 tsp. garlic seasoning
1 tsp. ground cumin
¼ c. extra-virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except the olive oil into the bowl of a food processor. Put the lid on and turn the processor on “low” to break up the chickpeas. Turn the machine onto high and slowly drizzle in the olive oil until mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve with tortilla chips, wheat thins, baby carrots, celery, pretzels, pita chips.. whatever you like!
