1 pound shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 package of Buddig corned beef, chopped
1 can (about 15 oz. size) sauerkraut, drained
mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first four ingredients together with just enough mayo to make it the consistency of tuna salad. Place in a casserole and bake at 350º for a half an hour or place in a crock pot until thoroughly heated. Serve with cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread.
