2 sticks of butter (one cup)
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 c. sour cream
3 c. flour
1/4 t. baking soda
1 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2 loaf pans that are lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 2 hours at 270º.
