1 unsliced round loaf sourdough bread
1 pound Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the bread lengthwise and crosswise without cutting through the bottom crust.
Insert cheese slices between cuts. Drizzle the melted butter over the bread.
Wrap in foil; place on a baking sheet. Bake on grill until the cheese melts.

Or Bake in 350* for 15 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer or until the cheese melts.
