2 tsp baking powder
2 C flour
1 C corn oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 C chopped & peeled apples
2 C sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions:

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add eggs & corn oil
Add nuts and apples.
Bake at 350º for 45-60 minutes
