1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
3 egg yolks lightly beaten
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vanilla
2 oz. white chocolate (2 squares)
1 1/2 cups each raspberries and blueberries

Topping
1 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and cream on med heat until bubbles form at the edge of pan.
Combine sugar, starch, flour, salt.
Whisk with 1 cup of milk/cream mixture.
Return to heat and cook 3-5 minutes until bubbly and thick.

Whisk 1/4 of the hot mixture into the yolks.
Whisk egg mixture back into milk/cream mixture. Simmer on low, whisking for 1 minute. It will get very thick.
Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla.

Refrigerate 4 hours.
Melt white chocolate and brush on cooked pie shell.
Pour 3/4 of berries into bottom of pie shell.
Pour filling over berries.
Top with whipped cream and rest of berries.
