1 cup flour
3 eggs
pinch of salt
water (room temperature 1 1/2 - 2 cups)
melted butter (volume of half an egg)

Directions:
Directions:
Make a hole in the middle of the flour, add the eggs to the hole, using a whisk to mix. When half way mixed, add water slowly. Then add melted butter. Batter should be liquidly.

Using a ladle, spread batter in pan in a circle, then roll the pan around so crepe batter is even in the pan.

Makes 10-12 crepes 8"wide.
