Base:
1 cup flour
½ cup butter
¼ cup sugar

Filling:
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp lemon rind
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all base ingredients. In an 8 inch square pan press base and bake at 325ºF for 20 minutes.

Combine all filling ingredients. Pour filling over base and bake for 25 minutes.
