1 garlic clove
1 egg yolk
Pinch salt
Juice of ½ lemon (2 tbsp.)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 drops hot sauce
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup Parmesan
1 head of romaine
Black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Crush garlic with salt and rub into bowl.

Add egg yolk, Dijon, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and hot sauce; whisk to combine.

Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and whisk to emulsify.

Slowly drizzle in, while whisking vigorously, the remaining olive oil to obtain creamy dressing.
