⅓ cup shortening
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1¾ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup bananas
½ walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar, add eggs.

Sift together dry ingredients, add to creamed mixture alternating with banana, blending well after each addition.

Stir in nuts. Bake 350ºF for 45-50 min.
