1½ cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate squares
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup chopped nuts
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1½ tsp baking powder

Beat eggs, add eggs to sugar, add wet ingredients to egg/sugar mixture, add dry ingredients last. Bake 350ºF for 50-60 min.
