60 crushed Ritz crackers
½ c melted butter
2 small instant coconut cream pie filling
1 ½ c cold milk
1 qt butter pecan softened ice cream
1 small tub cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crumbs and butter; save 1/3 c crumbs and pack rest in pan. Combine milk with pie filling and beat 2 min at slow speed. Add to softened ice cream and mix well by hand. Spread over crumb base. Top off with cool whip and remaining crumbs. Refrigerate 8-10 hours.
