3 lbs chicken legs and backs
1 onion, diced
1 small carrot, diced
1 small stalk celery, diced
32 oz corn
salt and pepper
poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and take out bones. Strain stock. To stock, add onions, carrots, and celery and cook 30 min. Add corn and cook until tender. Add chicken, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Simmer uncovered for 5 min and serve.
