1 can (13.75 oz.) canned Artichoke quarters (drained and chopped)
1 cup (4 oz.) Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 cup (4 oz.) Mayonnaise
1 chopped tomato
1 sliced green onions
* for a spicier dip add diced green chilies or jalapenos

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except tomatoes and onions. Spoon into 9 inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with tomato and onions, if desired. Serve with crackers, chips or pita bread triangles.
