1 Yellow onion
2 Tbs. peeled and grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup low sodium soy sauce

Chop onion and grate ginger on a cheese grater or micro plane, place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well blended.

This is great for dipping veggies or shrimp, also good on steak. Take 1/4 cup and add olive oil and red wine vinegar for a salad dressing.
