2 loaves of bread
1 egg
sage
1 c. onion
1 c. celery
poultry seasoning
salt
pepper
giblets from turkey/chicken cooked and diced
broth

Directions:
Directions:
Break bread up into small pieces and let dry overnight. Beat egg and add to bread along with onion, celery, sage and poultry seasoning--according to taste--about 1 tbsp. --salt and pepper. Heat giblets and broth until boiling and add to the dry bread mixture. Use enough moisture to make bread very soft, but not runny. Stuff bird until full cavity and bake the remainder in the oven or put it in heavy duty foil and put it in the same roaster with the bird.
