4-6 cloves garlic (minced)
2/3 cup oil (olive oil or 1/3 cup olive oil & 1/3 cup vegetable oil)
3 heaping Tbs. Mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. fresh black pepper
1 Tbs.Worcestershire sauce
6-8 dashes of Tabasco sauce

1 head leaf or romaine lettuce

1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese or more

1 pkg. Brownberry Croutons

Directions:
Grated Parmesan cheese. Wash, dry and tear lettuce. Mix all ingredients except cheese and croutons. Coat lettuce with dressing. Toss while slowly adding cheese so distribution is uniform,add croutons and toss.
