1 angel food cake (homemade or store bought), cut in pieces
1 pt. strawberries, cut off stems and quarter each
1 8oz. cream cheese, softened
small container cool whip
1 cup confectioners sugar
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup cool whip and confectioners sugar
together until smooth.
2. Layer 1/3 of the cake, 1/3 of the strawberries and 1/3 of the
cream cheese mixture. Repeat layers until all is gone.
3. Top with remaining cool whip and then stick a strawberry on
top for a pretty finish!
