Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 1/2 bowls meat-chopped or ground
6 bowls chopped apples
2 bowls raisins
1 bowl brown sugar
2 bowls white sugar
1 scant bowl vinegar
1 tbsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tbsp. cloves

Directions:
Directions:
The size bowl you use will make the difference in the amount you make. I used a bowl with approximately 2 cups. Cook all ingredients until apples are done. Can up! If you have any left after tasting! You can add a little more meat if you have some. Be careful putting in the vinegar. Sugar amount depends on sourness of apples.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is the best mincemeat you will ever eat. The canned product will keep for 2 years, if you don't use it up right away.
